Whatever You’re Carrying,
You Don’t Have to Carry it Alone
Registered Associate Marriage & Family Therapist #151274
Offering In-Person Sessions in Westlake Village and Virtual Sessions Across California
I’m a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist #151274 in Southern California dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and authentic space for healing and growth. I believe therapy is not about having all the answers, but about feeling seen, understood, and supported as you navigate life’s challenges.
My approach is rooted in person-centered and trauma-informed care, meeting you where you are with compassion, curiosity, and without judgment. I come alongside my clients to help them build insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for them.
I also integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) techniques to support emotional regulation, self-awareness, healthier thought patterns, and practical coping strategies. Whether you are navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, trauma, life transitions, or feeling overwhelmed, my goal is to help you feel empowered, supported, and connected to yourself.
You do not have to go through it alone. Therapy can be a place where you feel truly heard and supported, exactly as you are.
